Park Theater is the longest running downtown business in the City of Park Falls and is ready for someone to take it on! The theatre has been tastefully renovated with new windows, doors, heating system, wiring, floors, signage, updated seating and much more. The silver screen(not many of these still in circulation!), PA system and LED lighting on stage adds excitement to viewing any movie or comedy show. The lobby displays the original projector and the art deco mural and sconces from long ago but offers a bright and welcoming feeling with the smell of buttered popcorn! The curtains on stage are original as well. Upstairs are two bathrooms and four offices/rooms that could have multiple uses for additional income.
